The project for Bellview
Elementary School in Ashland is a significant renovation
and addition to an historic school on the edge of town.
The students are drawn mainly from rural areas outside
of the city limits and stretching to the California
border. While the school currently houses a population
of 300 students, the new facilities plan allows for
accommodating almost 450 students.
In addition to new classroom spaces, the addition
includes a new media center, gymnasium and stage,
cafeteria, and administrative spaces. The existing
historical building will be preserved and renovated,
providing special purpose and flexible classroom spaces.
