Maple Park Townhomes is
an infill development on the southern edge of Grants
Pass, Oregon. A total of 88 units will be part of the
full build-out. Phase I of the development includes 28
units in 8 buildings as well as a pool and community
building.
The two available floor plans feature a myriad of
additional options and the exteriors a number of
elevation options as well providing the feel of a
community of single-family homes. Numerous roof profiles
and overhangs help to break up the mass of the
individual buildings. Additional interest is provided by
the varying cladding types and profiles and a variety of
details rooted in the craftsman tradition.
