design beyond the scope of a single building or period. It requires finesse
and an ability to transcend scale – to see projects both in the micro and
the macro, the present and the future, and to assess impact at all levels.
OgdenRoemerWilkerson’s approach to Planning embraces ideas and strategies
that unite people, environments, and buildings. Our portfolio includes a
number of Master Plans for the redevelopment of large sites, breathing new
life into obsolete properties and making them productive, livable parts of
the community.
In addition, ORW has completed a number of Facility Studies for local
organizations and government agencies. These studies begin with facility
analysis, needs assessment, and outreach to stakeholders. We then work to
assess the organization’s vision for its future, its current and future
space needs, and the size and condition of its current facilities. The
ultimate goal is to help quantify and describe the best course of action –
when, what, and how much to build and improve to foster future objectives.
