The Ridgewater Clubhouse is to be the centerpiece of a new residential development with sweeping views of Upper Klamath Lake and the Cascades.  The facility will provide residents of the community with a fitness center, pool and spas facilities, as well as meeting rooms and a restaurant and lounge.

 

The project takes advantage of the ridge top site’s topography, pushing the outdoor pool and dining areas to the edge of the cliff and capitalizing on the incredible vistas of the lake, city, and the mountains beyond.  The generous roofs recall historic alpine  lodges, while the stone outcrops which anchor the project echo the volcanic origins of the surrounding landscape.
