Located in Medford, Oregon, this
project adds a gymnasium building to the existing
community center, and also includes a covered entry
structure, interior renovations, and exterior
landscaping and site improvements.
The gym addition utilizes a metal building system as an
economical solution to provide large, column-free
spaces. Exterior finishes and textures harmonize with
the existing structures and provide relief and
architectural interest to the large building faces. In
addition, the covered outdoor walkway serves as a
convenient pick-up and drop-off point and provides a
much-needed ‘front door’ for the entire center.
