Temple Emek Shalom, Ashland OR This new 15,000-square-foot synagogue has been designed to incorporate Jewish symbolism while maintaining a Pacific Northwest simplicity. As the first temple to be constructed from the ground up within a 200-mile radius, the Congregation was enthusiastic about participating in the design process. Ogden Roemer Wilkerson Architecture worked closely with the design committee to generate consensus. The result is a facility that fits within the tight site constraints and meets the Congregation's budget and program. Site Design: Kinesis.| Photography: Brian Prechtel |
