Jeff Bender, AIA, Design Associate
A talented and creative architect with more than 16 years of experience, Jeff is an Associate in the firm, and ORW’s lead designer. Jeff makes tangible the spirit of place through the craft and science of construction. In each project, he draws inspiration from the natural world and the possibility of modern building technique. Jeff brings to ORW a great variety of project experience ranging from large airport, museum, and educational work with complex programs and certification requirements (including LEED), to work on smaller commercial and residential projects. Having lived in a variety of environments and climates before moving to Oregon, Jeff believes strongly in the need for a sensitive and sustainable architecture; healthy, inspiring environments, wise use of resources, and minimal environmental impact.

Victoria Suppo, Associate/CAD Manager                                    Victoria is a senior member of ORW’s production staff and an Associate in the firm. She brings over 20 years experience in CAD (Computer Aided Design) and building technology to our team. Her knowledge of architecture and construction and her attention to detail are some of her greatest assets helping us to maintain the high level of quality we expect in all of our projects. In addition to her project responsibilities Victoria is our CAD Manager - creating and preserving documentation standards and maintaining our firm’s various information technology systems.

David Stevens, CIAT, Design Technologist                                              David is ORW’s latest British import with more than 10 years of professional experience as a university-trained building and design technologist. He brings a keen set of technical and design abilities to each project. David’s skills and aptitude play a key role in helping to maintain the integrity of our design ideas through all stages of the project.

Jason Zook, Associate AIA, Intern Architect                                           Jason is an accomplished Intern Architect who believes in the importance of building responsible and sustainable environments. His enthusiasm for creating buildings for a brighter, greener future is genuine and is reflected in his projects here and in the community at large. A background in film and theater, as well as construction provides Jason with a wealth of experience to draw upon in his work at ORW.

Joshua E. Sizemore, Job Captain                                                      Josh is skilled and enthusiastic and brings more than 6 years of progressively responsible experience to ORW’s project teams. Josh joined our organization as a junior drafter and has grown to be an experienced document technician and a job captain. Josh has a great interest in architecture and construction and a real desire to learn and grow in the profession.

John Rewolinski, Construction Administrator                               John is a new addition to ORW’s team who brings a special skill and interest in building and construction administration. After becoming a licensed contractor at the age of 18, he worked for over 6 years, hands-on, in the construction field. Since then he has gone on to acquire additional education in building technology, document preparation, and construction management. John brings a great deal of valuable, real world construction expertise to ORW and provides a unique perspective to our team.

James Bryant, Document Technologist                                              James is one of ORW’s newest team members and brings over 8 years of varied experience in production drafting and document preparation. He excels at expediting projects through the various phases design and construction. In addition, James has a keen eye for design and attention to detail; a tremendous asset to our projects and our team.

Donna Root, Office Manager/Marketing/Client Relations           Donna joined ORW in the role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper and most recently added duties as our Marketing Coordinator. With over 15 years experience in accounting, tax preparation, and office administration, she possesses a strong proficiency in all aspects of maintaining an efficient and financially sound business operation. Donna is a master of the various software we use on a daily basis to prepare financial reports and monitor our client’s projects; making sure we run on time and on budget.
